2nd Mango Gastronomic Preparations Competition as part of Mango Fest Pedasí. Participants must register for free via 6937-5605. Preparations must be homemade, contain at least 50% natural mango, and be ready to taste. Judging criteria include flavor, presentation, and originality. The winner receives a surprise prize. Preparations will be ceded for public tasting after evaluation.
