The taste of our chipa brought us together in a very our experience. In the framework of the activities promoted by the Tourism Directorate of the Municipality of Encarnación during Holy Week, the activity “The taste of our chipa” was developed in the Pergola of San José Beach, a proposal that brought together tourists, visitors and also people from our city who chose the coast to enjoy a different day. During the activity, the participants were not only able to learn about the preparation of our traditional chipa, but also taste one of the most representative flavors of our gastronomic identity, in an experience that valued our customs and traditions on one of the most significant dates of the year.
