‘La chispa de la vida’ reveals the first years of the photographic archive of Roberto Ruiz Laverde, a creator whose intimate and sensitive gaze is just beginning to come to light. This book explores those unexpected moments where life illuminates: images that, beyond the evident, reveal the essential, what dwells in the deep and finds its form of existence in photography. An archive that is reconstructed from the intimate, in which each image is a flash, a clue, a revelation. This launch is part of the FILBo 2026 program.
