A theater workshop for people over 60 years old, designed for learning, enjoyment, and discovering new skills. Participants will gain confidence and learn to express themselves more securely through theater in a supportive environment. The workshop will cover techniques for body expression and voice management, character creation and scene exploration, improvisation and stage art tools, and stage presence, creativity, and freedom to act.
