## Description

The ICC, in alliance with @mincultura, offers scholarships for its master's programs. Five scholarships (one per program) will cover 100% of the tuition fees for master's degrees in Creative Writing, Editorial Studies, Literature and Culture, and Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. These are aimed at individuals born in the Colombian Pacific territory, as well as members of Black, Afro-Colombian, indigenous, raizal, or palenquera communities who prove their ethnic belonging and residence in that territory. This initiative seeks to expand access to advanced training in regions with greater educational gaps. The benefit covers the full tuition for the four semesters of the program, provided academic conditions are met. To apply, one must have completed the master's enrollment process and have admission approval. Applications are open until June 29, 2026.
