## Description

The ABRA gallery presents "Acto de fe," the second individual exhibition by Venezuelan artist Wiki Pirela, curated by Florencia Portocarrero. The exhibition features an immersive installation, mural drawing, and textile assemblages, constructing a devotional refuge around “La virgen de las cucarachas.” The proposal is loaded with humor, irreverence, and criticism, rewriting and making visible the contemporary migrant experience through resistance and collective hope. During the inauguration, the artist will offer a unique performance on the origin of this visual mythology. The exhibition will be open until Sunday, July 12, 2026.
