## Description

BANDO is an urban performance that transforms memories, affections, and accounts of the 2024 floods into an artistic experience through the city's streets. Pigeon-post carriers carry letters inspired by real stories of losses, displacements, and reconstructions in Rio Grande do Sul. The proposal invites the public to reflect on climate change and imagine what they would write to the past or future about this moment. The public can also participate by writing letters that will integrate the national circulation of the performance.
