On February 22nd at 6pm, I get to cook alongside a friend and someone I deeply respect.

Chef Rogelio Garcia — French Laundry alum, Top Chef, James Beard Nominee, Cookbook Author, and Recipient of One Michelin star is coming to Four for a one-night collaboration dinner.

Six courses. Thoughtfully paired wines. Two chefs who first met in the Top Chef kitchen, now sharing the stove again years later.

This one’s about craft, friendship, and telling a story through food.
