## Description

In the framework of the 20 years of the National Culture Law, researchers, cultural managers, teachers and students are invited to participate in the National Contest for articles of reflection and critical systematization "20 years of the National Secretariat of Culture - Milestones on cultural rights in Paraguay". The call proposes to analyze the main milestones that have marked the cultural development of the country in the last two decades, with the objective of generating contributions to the construction of the National Culture Plan 2050.
