In the same place where Cooperativa Obrera began producing bread over a century ago, our Interpretation Center now operates: a space to journey through history, reconnect with our origins, and understand our present. 104 years after the first batch of bread, we invite you to a special day that inaugurates a series of activities during May dedicated to bread and work. Come discover the history of Coope through the baking trade, the experience of its workers, and those who made that beginning possible.
