## Description

A Fabico receives the round table "User Studies in Professional Practice", at Auditório 1 at 9 AM. The event is promoted within the scope of the Community, Public, and User Studies discipline, is open to the community and offers certification for participants. The activity brings together professionals working in different types of libraries to discuss how user studies are developed in professional practice, considering different institutional contexts, audiences, and informational demands. During the meeting, guests will share experiences, methods, and challenges related to the construction of services aimed at the needs of their communities, bridging theory and professional practice. Participants include librarian and director of the UFRGS Central Library, Dirce Santin; librarian Priscila Macedo; and librarian from the Psicanalítica de Porto Alegre Society, Greison Jacobi. Mediation will be carried out by professor Rodrigo Caxias, who also coordinates the event alongside students Amanda Gularte and Cira Ribeiro. Registrations can be made through the online form.
