## Description

These classes are designed as a space to connect with your body, your expression, and your inner strength through the art of flamenco.

We will explore the foundations of flamenco step by step, including basic sevillanas, hand and arm movements (braceo), and footwork technique. You will also be introduced to the use of castanets, learning how to incorporate rhythm and musicality into your dance.

Beyond technique, these classes invite you to embody confidence, presence, and passion, creating a deeper connection with yourself through movement.

No prior experience is needed—just the desire to learn, express, and enjoy the journey.
