## Description

Letras Emergentes 2026 presents its fourth session, held for the first time outside the ICLA, at the Mark Taper Auditorium of the Central Public Library in Los Angeles. The session, titled "Rastros de la violencia: interpretación e imaginación," explores how one lives with the memory of violence, searches for personal archaeology related to political and family history, and alleviates trauma through collective memory. It features Chilean novelists and academics Pascual Brodsky and Roberto Leni-Olivares, moderated by Mexican writer and journalist Mauricio Ruíz.
