A Pinacoteca do Ceará invites you to learn more about the trajectory of one of the most important artists of Brazilian modernism! On Sunday (12th), at 2 PM, the Pinacoteca do Ceará will hold, in the auditorium, the screening of the documentary “Maria - Não esqueça que eu venho dos trópicos”, directed by Francisco C. Martins and Elisa Gomes. The film is an investigation into the life and art of Maria Martins, recognized as one of the greatest Brazilian sculptors and also celebrated for her prints and texts, revealing the grandeur of her work and her remarkable performance in Brazilian art. The activity offers 100 spots, filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Participate!
