## Description

The work is the result of deep research into the author's family trajectory, using documentary theater procedures, such as Biodrama. The performer narrates the sensitive journey of her maternal family: peasants who left the south of Minas Gerais in the early 20th century for western São Paulo in search of better living conditions. Following the coffee march and facing all the ethnic, cultural, and ecological violence generated by it, the family later migrated to the peripheries of the capital of São Paulo. In this remarkable journey, it is revealed how colonial violence, still active in the 20th century, generated erasures and silencings of the ancestries and knowledge of indigenous peoples in this family. A strong, sensitive and extremely necessary work on displacement and resistance.
