The 31st edition of Rio Restaurant Week takes place in Rio de Janeiro from May 21 to June 21, with the theme "The Cuisine of Champions." It brings together about 80 restaurants in all regions of the city. The festival invites chefs to create menus inspired by countries that have won the World Cup. This year, full menus with appetizer, main course, and dessert are offered at fixed prices in four categories: Traditional (R$ 59.90 lunch, R$ 74.90 dinner), Plus (R$ 73.90 lunch, R$ 94.90 dinner), Premium (R$ 95.00 lunch, R$ 115.00 dinner), and Diamond (R$ 109.00 lunch, R$ 149.00 dinner). The edition also includes the Menu Kids Week with a suggested price of R$ 39.90. The event is known for expanding access to gastronomy and boosting the restaurant sector. The organization projects sales of over 64,000 menus, with an estimated economic impact of about R$ 10 million for Rio de Janeiro. The edition is sponsored by Getnet and Rap10, supported by Visit Rio, and has a social partnership with INCAvoluntário, which may receive R$ 2 donation per menu sold.
