Tigrillo Fest – Sabores que Nacen del Verde is the most delicious gastronomic festival in the country, an experience that recognizes and celebrates the richness of Ecuadorian gastronomy through green, one of the most representative ingredients of our identity and tradition. For two days, the Explanada del Parque Bicentenario will bring together cafes, restaurants, chefs, entrepreneurs, producers and brands with traditional and innovative proposals inspired by the authentic flavors of Ecuador.

Attendees will be able to enjoy tastings, culinary experiences, contests, brand activations, an entrepreneurship zone, live music, cultural shows and spaces for the whole family. Additionally, the festival will feature a special zone for the broadcast on a giant screen of the Round of 16 matches of the FIFA World Cup 2026.

Tigrillo Fest promotes gastronomic tourism, strengthens national identity and promotes the development of local entrepreneurs and producers.
