Join host chef Javier Plascencia for an afternoon at a private hacienda in Todos Santos during Todos Santos & Pescadero Culinary Experiences presented by Tequila Herradura. This immersive cooking demo + tasting features three seafood dishes by Óscar Torres of Animalón in Valle de Guadalupe, José Luis Hinostroza of Arca in Tulum, and Chava Orozco of Mi Compa Chava in CDMX, paired alongside wines, spirits, and beverages from some of our partners and sponsors. Guests will enjoy an intimate bilingual setting with opportunities to learn techniques, hear stories behind the dishes, and taste seafood-driven plates inspired by Baja and beyond.
