Bodega Salomé is a gastronomic and social experience for 30 people that brings together author cuisine, natural wines, and a shared table that invites connection with strangers through the art of good living. In this second season, we present APOTECA, a botanical edition created by Dominican chef Carla Acosta. Inspired by fire, the sea, and the plant world, the experience explores herbs, flowers, roots, and fresh market products through an intuitive and sensory culinary proposal. The night is complemented by natural wines curated by Docaboca and an atmospheric DJ set, creating an immersive experience that celebrates gastronomy, connection, and local creative talent.
