1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vamos Eventos ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Vamos Eventos is an event discovery platform that aggregates and displays information about events across Latin America. We provide:
- Event listings and information
- Search and discovery tools
- Event recommendations
- Social features (saved events, plans, friends)
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and current information
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform
- Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) without permission
- Violate our robots.txt or rate limits
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Post hateful, offensive, discriminatory, or violent content
- Promote illegal activities or substances
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Event Listings: Event information is sourced from public sources, event organizers, and third-party platforms. We do not claim ownership of event content but aggregate it for discovery purposes.
Platform Content: All original content, design, code, and branding on the Platform is owned by Vamos Eventos and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, photos) but grant us a license to use it on the Platform.
6. Event Organizers and Claims
Claiming Your Event: If you are an event organizer and your event appears on the Platform, you may claim it to manage the listing, update information, and access analytics. Contact us at ventas@vamoseventos.com to verify ownership.
Event Removal: If you believe your event is listed inaccurately or without permission, please contact us and we will review your request within 48 hours.
Organizer Responsibilities: Event organizers must ensure all information provided is accurate, legal, and does not violate any third-party rights. Organizers are responsible for event fulfillment, ticketing, refunds, and customer service.
7. Content Moderation
We prohibit content that is:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against individuals or groups
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
- Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal activities
- Contains graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Violates privacy rights or contains personal information without consent
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
Enforcement: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. Users can report inappropriate content via the app.
8. Disclaimers
Event Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate event information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event listings.
Third-Party Links: We link to third-party ticketing platforms and event websites. We are not responsible for their content, services, or policies.
No Warranty: The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vamos Eventos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Panama City, Panama.
