The acclaimed monologue "Eu Sou Minha Própria Mulher" arrives in Salvador, occupying the stage of Teatro Jorge Amado. The show is part of the 26th edition of the Brazilian Theater Catalog project. Directed by Herson Capri and starring Edwin Luisi, who interprets 20 distinct characters to narrate the true story of Charlotte von Mahlsdorf, a German transvestite who survived violence during the Nazi regime and totalitarianism. The play addresses the urgency of combating LGBTphobia and intolerance.
