The Mostra Pitanga, a major retrospective on the trajectory of Antonio Pitanga, will be held in Salvador. The exhibition is dedicated to the actor and director, an emblematic figure of Cinema Novo and black protagonism in Brazilian audiovisuals. Screenings will take place at Cine Glauber Rocha (Pç. C. Alves, 5 – Centro) and Cine Lankiana (Av. A. Baleeiro, Km 10,5, nº 15, F. Gr 4). Entry is free, with tickets available at the venues one hour before each screening.
